These Terms govern the use of the BluWave Cleaning Services website and the services we provide.

1. Services

BluWave Cleaning Services offers home, office, upholstery, mattress, carpet and car interior cleaning in Malta. Service availability is subject to staff scheduling and confirmation.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices are provided based on the information you send (including photos when required). Final pricing may adjust if the condition, size, or complexity of the job differs from the initial description.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be confirmed by us via message, email, or phone.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Access to the Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If staff cannot enter, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the property and items to be cleaned
  • Secure valuables before the cleaning session
  • Notify us of any delicate or damaged materials

6. Liability

We always do our best to achieve the highest possible cleaning results. However, some stains, odors or fabric discoloration may be permanent due to age, material condition or previous damage. When we inform the client in advance that a stain may not be removable, payment is still required for the cleaning service, even if the stain remains.

BluWave Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, colour fading, fabric deterioration, or issues caused by incorrect or missing care labels. We handle all items with care, but we do not provide insurance coverage.

7. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. Online payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

8. Website Use

All content on this website is for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute the site or its content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will always be published here.
